Tonight, a vigil will be held to remember him.
63-year old bill rossey disappeared on halloween night in 2005 and wasn't found until may of last year.
To this day, the homicide remains unsolved.
No suspects, motive or weapon have ever been identified by police investigating the case.
The son of rossey has organized the candle light vigil in diamond park beginning at 10 p-m.
