Council Reviews Bayfront Plan

Erie City Council got it`s first look at plans for the future of East Dobbins Landing during a study session tonight. Developers are proposing a 25 million dollar project to replace the current McAllister Building. The 70,000 dollar plan would be a mixed use project.. including a parking ramp, 10-thousand square feet of retail space, 32-thousand square feet of office space and fifteen apartments. The port authority believes completing the project will bring more year round use to the bayfront.
