September 26, 2012 - A Lake City medical doctor had her license temporarily suspended leaving her patients without a doctor.

Dr. Deborah Bishop's medical license was suspended back on September 11th for several reasons.

According to documents from the State Board of Medicine, Bishop's office was reportedly flea infested with stains identified as cat vomit and feces.

Vaccines were reportedly stored in the employee refrigerator.

The documents also state that Bishop admitted to being 14 months behind with patient documentation.

If you were a patient at Bishop Family Medicine, contact 1-800-822-2113 to file a complaint.
