    September 27, 2012 - Two people face charges today after Erie Police say they vandalized a church on the east side.

    Kyle Smith, 20, and Dana Risner, 31, face charges including criminal mischief and institutional vandalism.

    According to police, they were shooting paint balls at a statue at Saint Stanislaus Catholic Church.

    They were taken into custody in the 500 block of East 13th Street around 2:30 in the morning.

Make THEM clean it all up!! Put them clean up duty for a year and then see how THEY like cleaning up stuff like that...and I mean an every day thing, not just once a month...make them REALLY learn...not just a fine and a slap on the wrist, so to say!!! When all of these juvenile's who just turned into Adults find out how much fun it's NOT to do...they WILL change!!
