Prisoner Facing More Charges Including Solicitation To Commit Criminal Homicide
An Erie man behind bars for charges
stemming from a February robbery is now facing more charges after investigators
say he was attempting to solicit help at the Erie County Prison to kill and
injure victims and witnesses who are expected to testify against him.
According to state police in Girard,
27 year old Alan Seelinger is now facing charges including criminal
solicitation to commit criminal homicide and intimidation of witness or
victims.
Troopers say there were four
victims, all of them from New York State.
Seelinger was in jail after police
say he was involved in a robbery in February.
He was arraigned on the newest charges today and sent back to the Erie County Prison on $250 thousand bail.
