Lemon Arraigned in Hospital Room

10/03/12 - The survivor of last weekend's shooting faced arraignment from his hospital room this evening.

25 year old Ramone Lemon was arraigned before District Judge Tom Carney, for Ohio officials, at UPMC Hamot where he is under police guard.

This is according to Judge Carney.

Lemon faces charges of attempted homicide, felony aggravated assault and kidnapping in Cuyahoga County in Ohio.

Bail was set at $500,000.

Lemon is recovering from 5 gunshot wounds he suffered over the weekend.
