Erie Native Rebecca Hart Appears with Ann Romney on GMA
On "GMA," para-olympian Becca Hart and her horse Lord Ludger appeared alongside Ann Romney in Times Square to discuss the healing power of horses. Mrs. Romney spent the morning with the GMA cast today.
"It is so extraordinary what horses do for us. It's balance, it's joy... We have wounded vets coming home turning to horses for therapy.... Horses are a gift from God and a partner in our life's journey," Romney said.
Both women are effusive about the benefits of horsemanship in treating diseases that present with muscle weakness. Ann Romney has Multiple Sclerosis, Becca Hart was born with another genetic disorder.
