Bernadette Catrabone was feeling worn down.
She thought it was the rigors of being a mother of three, but she couldn't shake the feeling and one day at the gym she collapsed.
Catrabone says doctors in Erie thought she had leukemia, but after more tests determined it wasn't. She was eventually sent to the Cleveland Clinic where she was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia.
It is a more aggressive form of the blood disorder Robin Roberts is fighting.
Her story takes an amazing twist.
Just four years later and she has the opportunity to bring awareness to the disease on the runway at Mercedes Benz fashion week in New York.
