EPD Charge Man with Possession of Illegal Substance

October 26, 2012 - An Erie man faces drug charges after a search warrant was served Thursday at an east side house.

During the search at 521 East 11th Street, police found one ounce of cocaine.

Charles Wayne, 31, faces charges including possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance.

We NEED to make an EXAMPLE of these people dealing, etc....MAKE the laws stronger, and MAKE them work HARD in prison, not sit on their behinds and play video games, watch tv, etc!!!
