October 31st is tomorrow, and you know what that means. It's Halloween.

Erie Mayor Joe Sinnott has made the decision to keep trick-or-treat hours in the city of Erie on Wednesday, October 31st from 6 to 8 pm.

Mayor Sinnott says he based his decision on the weather report for tomorrow night.

In Millcreek Township, McKean Township and the borough of McKean, trick or treating has been postponed until Saturday from 6 to 8 pm.

Again, this is in Millcreek and McKean only.
