October 31, 2012- Accused of driving under the influence when a deadly crash occurred, a young man now knows how long he will stay behind bars.

25 year old Marcus Gray was sentenced to 4 to 8 years in prison for charges including homicide by vehicle while DUI.

24 year old Letoinne Barnett was killed when the vehicle Gray was driving collided with the one he was in.

It happened earlier this year at the intersection of East 14th and French streets

Gray was sentenced by Erie County judge Ernest DiSantis

The judge factored 1 to 2 years into the sentenced because another person was injured in the crash.
