Charges Against Michael James Dropped in Murder Case

October 31, 2012 - Michael James saw the homicide charges against him dropped today, as witnesses against the man failed to show up for the preliminary hearing.

This is the second time it's happened in this case.

Last week Christopher Barnes refused to testify against James.

The District Attorney's office indicated they will refile the charges.
