Port Authority Receives Interest from 4 Developers for McAllister Place

November 13, 2012 - The Erie Western Pennsylvania Port Authority is receiving interest from developers for McAllister Place and has also authorized a new contract with DonJon Ship building today.

The port authority received interest from four developers for the McAllister Place project, three of them from Erie the other from Pittsburgh.

The new lease agreement will allow donjon to receive money from a grant that will have to be matched by donjon.

This project will give them additional dock space.

In other news from the port authority, they will be moving into its new location in December.

They will now be located in the old cruise boat terminal and the former border patrol building.
