State Dept Gives Kudos To Mercyhurst University
Two members of the State Department's Office of Anti-terrorism
Assistance gave an award today to the head of the University's
Intelligence Studies.
James Breckenridge PhD was given a certificate of appreciation for the University's global anti-terrorism training. Mercyhurst Intelligence Studies facility and students developed a program for law enforcement agencies in 7 different countries on 3 continents. The courses that have been developed have been presented to over 60 nations globally.
The courses are keyed in on teaching and educating police executives in 3rd world countries.
