Judges Uphold Conviction Of Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong

November 15, 2012 - In federal appeals court today, panel of judges upheld the conviction of Marjorie Diehl Armstrong.

      In February of last year, Diehl-Armstrong was sentenced to life in prison plus 30 years for the 2003 bombing death of 46 year old pizza delivery man Brian Wells...

 A jury convicted Diehl-Armstrong of conspiracy and bank robbery charges in November 2010.

      The panel agreed that Diehl-Armstrong was appropriately found mentally competent to stand trial.
