The preliminary hearing for murder suspect Damar Jordan happening in Erie County Court today

Back on September 29th, Jordan was accused of shooting and killing 25 year old Kendall Bryant...

At the preliminary hearing this afternoon... A video that was acquired by detectives was played, highlighting where Jordan was that night..

The judge also heard a statement made by Jordan back on November 1stt... That prosecutors say Jordan confessed to the crime.
