Beeman Bounced from County Council

In a ruling handed down this morning Erie County Judge Ernest DiSantis has removed Ebert Beeman from his seat on Erie County Council.

Beeman is currently serving a Federal prison sentence of a year and a day for social security fraud.

It is currently unclear what Beeman's attorney Jeffrey del Fuoco will do in response.

YAY!!! ABOUT TIME!!! This guy did everything he could against the Law and thought he could get away with it! Finally, Someone made sure he got caught and put in jail where he belongs for breaking so many laws, ans should NEVER be able to get on ANY Government council again!!
