Two Erie Teens Charged with Firearm Violations

    December 6, 2012 - Two Erie teenagers face firearm charges after reports of shots fired.

    Erie Police were called to the 700 block of East 9th Street on Wednesday.

    According to the criminal complaint, Justin Easter, 18, ran from the area of shots fired to an upstairs apartment with a gun.

    He reportedly handed it to his mom.

    According to the complaint, Mitchell Dozier, 19, recovered a shotgun from the ceiling of 719 East 9th Street.

    Easter and Dozier face charges including persons not to possess a firearm.
