An IU Board meeting tonight
discussed a resolution adopted by 15 of the 17 school districts served by the IU.
That resolution concerning alleged over
payments by the districts.
It calls for a forensic audit of the payments
and possible repayment options based on the audit report.
The board passed the
resolution as presented.
According to its solicitor,
the Intermediate Unit has a healthy fund balance.
