A Loud Send Off For The Prep Ramblers As They Head To Hershey
12/13/12 It was a traditional sendoff for the Hershey for the Cathedral Prep Ramblers football
team. LOUD.
The Prep student body gathered this morning in the auditorium for a pep rally that included remarks from Mayor Joe Sinnott, and Bishop Lawrence Persico. Then it was outside for the traditional "run with the buses" as dozens of students ran along side the bus carrying the team to Hershey.
The last time the Ramblers won a state title was 12 years ago and the hope is this will be the year for the Ramblers to bring home the gold.
The ramblers ranked in the top 20 in the United States will take on Archbishop Wood, the defending state champions out of Philadelphia. The game is set for 7pm at Hershey Park Stadium
