PA State Police Commissioner Weighs In On CT Shooting

We spoke with the Pennsylvania State Commissioner Frank Noonan, this afternoon at Mercyhurst University, who gives us more insight on what state police would do in this kind of situation.
He tells us,

"We work very closely we do evaluations in schools, it's important to have one or two entrances protected, but when you have 500 to 1,000 people in that school, it's hard to lock down the school...most shooters want as much exposure as possible"
