Preliminary Hearing For Alleged Little Caesars Robbers

A preliminary hearing was held this
morning after three juveniles were accused of robbing Little Caesar's Pizza
16 year old Ajabarey Horne... And 15
year old Deontai Sparks appeared in court today... They are charged with
robbery and conspiracy to commit to robbery...

year old Shyeem Pacely was also charged with robbery...
Today,
Horne confessed to robbing the Little Caesar's on

three were said to have guns on the day of the Little Caesars robbery.
Horne
said, they got away stealing money and an Iphone on November 3rd.
All
charges are bound to court, and they will be charged as adults.

So why isn't the DA pursuing firearms violations against these punk loser trash? The fact that they ripped off some cash and a cell phone is nothing compared to using a gun to commit a crime. What is the DA office thinking? How did they get the guns? and what happened to the guns afterward? Do your trash kids have their guns now? You'd be surprised.
