Erie man surrenders to police

SurrenderAn Erie man, wanted for two shootings on Friday morning has turned himself in to police. 21 year old Kelvin Burt walked into the Erie police station with his attorney early this afternoon. Burt was wanted on several counts including aggravated assault. Police believe Burt shot two people early Friday morning after an argument in the 500 block of East 22nd Street. One was shot in the arm, the other in the chest. Both victims have been released from the hospital. Burt was arraigned this afternoon. Bail was set at 75 thousand dollars .
