Facebook Page Slanders Teens
December 29, 2012
Cyber
bullying takes on a whole new meaning in our area with a Facebook page called Erie On Blast...
The
site rips apart and severely bullies grade school and high school
students...even including their pictures...
If you
look on the site now, you'll notice all of the pictures have been taken down.
The
girls we spoke with sent us pictures of what was said on the site, and the
words and comments were so vulgar we can't even show them on the air.
When
Monique Clevinger got a phone call Friday saying she was featured on a Facebook
page Erie On Blast...she was immediately worried.

Clevinger
says the hurtful comments stung...part of what was said about her included her
son, William...Which said in part,

Alyssa
Ball also knows people featured on Erie On Blast. She says what's being said

The
girls explain how cyber bullying is the worst form of bullying... Because you
don't know where it's coming from.
Clevinger
says just because she's strong about it, doesn't mean someone else will be.
Like you heard at this point no one
knows who started the site...
The
girls we talked to tell us there were kids as young as eight being tortured on
the page. We're told there was also a
