watch video
January 10, 2013

Contractors broke ground at corner of West 13th and Peach Streets in October of 2011...to bring more people into the city...

The Union Square condos are located on the corner across from Griswold Park...

Officials from the Erie Redevelopment Authority tell us that all of the condos remain vacant at this point...

One condo could cost up to $180,000...

We wanted to hear from you...do you think the price is right for living in the city?

Some tell us it would be worth it to be downtown...while others say the price isn't right for this economy.
