City Council Weighs Fate of Rental Inspection Program

President Jim Winarski says this is necessary and the program was created to
combat the slum landlord problems here in
Erie City Council meets again in 3 weeks..
The program expires on March 31st and council must vote before that....
Again, if it gets final approval, it would be extended into 2017.
