Millcreek Wants to Plant More Trees: Applies for Grant
If Millcreek is awarded a grant from DCNR, you could see some more trees throughout the township.
Millcreek township supervisors say they will apply for a grant through the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources for 15 thousand dollars.
The township will match that in cash, services and labor.
The grant would make it possible for 151 trees to be planted in township parks, in front of the township building, in front of the education building and other locations.
