February 13th, 2013

An Erie man faces a state sentence after crashing into a police car and another car then driving away.

Forty-one-year-old Donald Kiehlmeier was involved in a hit and run back in September.

We're told Keihlmeier ran into a car and drove off, police later found his car and when they tried to arrest him, he then drove into their police car.

Kiehlmeier is facing up to 120 months in state prison for aggravated assault and possessing marijuana.
