A man wanted in connection to a July homicide turned himself in to Erie police.

Teverous Williams was shot and killed back in July, somewhere west of the intersection of East 19th and Ash streets.

Twenty-six-year-old Cedis Martin is charged with conspiracy to commit kidnapping in connection to that shooting.
Police say Martin, along with Michael James, allegedly held witness Christopher Barnes.

James was charged with shooting and killing Williams.
