Local Cafe Opens Second Location

A local cafe is opening a second location and giving back to the community.
Franco's Express Cafe had a special ribbon cutting ceremony this morning at its new location on West 8th Street.
The new location will not only serve food, but will also help young adults interested in food service learn the ropes of the business.
Cafe owner Larry Franco says the young people involved will gain invaluable experience.
Franco says he's happy to help the youth as well as help revitalize downtown Erie.
