Former Lawrence Park Fire Chief Nicholas Fisher was in court today, waiving his preliminary hearing

Fisher stepped down as a result of sexual harassment charges from women within the department. Fisher was accused of inappropriate texting, asking the women for nude photos and groping them....

Today Fisher seen in the red hat, waived charges of stalking and harassment in front of Judge Mark Krahe....

We're told the summary harassment charges have been withdrawn, and as of now no plea agreement has been set
