Millcreek Township will hold a public meeting Tuesday night to discuss the possible re-zoning of 22 acres of land.
The property is located on the north side of West Ridge Road near Swanville Road.
Right now, its home to businesses, rental units, and open fields.
A zoning change could pave the way for development of the land.
People living in the area say there are rumors it could be a new Walmart Supercenter.
Local business owners say that the re-zoning could only help their business, but people living in the area thats in question worry about what the change could mean for them.
The public hearing will take place at 7:30 Tuesday night in the Millcreek Township assembly room.
