Millcreek Sheetz Project Suspended For Now
March 5, 2013 - An expected vote on the proposed Peninsula Drive Sheetz Store did not happen at the Millcreek Township meeting this morning.
Millcreek supervisors suspended the project today until further notice, pending a highway occupancy permit.
Sheetz needs that permit before the supervisors are able to take a vote on the project.
Sheetz officials asked the supervisors to suspend the project because the supervisors only have 90 days to take a vote.
