Prescription drug abuse has increased by 80% nationwide... and Erie County has established a program to help prevent the abuse...

Erie residents who are looking to safely dispose of unused, unwanted, or expired medications can now do so safely, thanks to med return units that are now popping up across the county...

Erie now has six med return units located in the county...when some counties in the state do not even have one in their area or region...
