Those
against privatization argued the system in place is responsible and an
effective way of alcohol distribution.

say this system reduces risk factors and once you privatize- dui rates,
hospital visits and problem drinking will go up.

over if the liquor system is privatized.
Those
for privatizing liquor say the statistics are incorrect.

say no money would be lost, and the education system would benefit from the 1
billion dollars raised through privatizing.
The
system currently in place generates the state $530 million.
A
voting meeting scheduled to consider the bill is on March 18th in
Those
against privatizing are hoping the bill will be tabled.
