March 7th, 2013

The fight against diabetes came with a beat you can dance to.

The Bel-Aire Hotel and Conference Center played host to a Zumbathon to benefit the Erie County Diabetes Association.

Zumba mixes Latin inspired calorie burning dance moves with music.
More than a hundred people took part paying ten dollars apiece to help and have fun at the same time.

The money raised will stay in the Erie area to pay for diabetes prevention and early detection services.
