 Seneca officials announced Tuesday morning that theyve sent a bill to New Yorks Governor and the State Department of Transportation for a whopping 2.15 million dollars. Tribal leaders say thats $28,000 per day, at $1 per vehicle, that travels a three mile stretch of thruway that crosses tribal land south of Buffalo. The bill is retroactive to April 15th.
