Part of State St. Closing Thurs. for Block Party

A reminder for those of you who will be driving home from work Thursday along State Street. Due to Thursday nights Block Party outside of Calamaris and Paper Moon...State Street will be closed from 13th to 14th Streets starting at 2:00 p.m. Thursday. That block will re-open to traffic at 5:00 a.m. Friday morning.
