One of the men accused in the death of a man in a drug deal gone bad entered a plea Friday morning in Erie County Court.
31-year old Jeffrey Straight pleaded guilty to one first-degree misdemeanor count, involuntary manslaughter and no contest to first-degree felony charges of robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.
Straight is being held at the Erie County Prison.
He faces up to 45 years.
He will be sentenced before Judge Shad Connely in July.
Straights brother J.C. is expected to enter a similar plea on Monday.
This is all in connection with the August murder of 36-year old Robert Ulrich.
