Crawford County Development

watch video
Ground has been broken on a major Crawford County project. Construction of the new multi-million dollar Snow Waters resort has begun.  Snow Waters will be an all-season, luxury development located in Conneaut Lake.  The community will have more than 180 modular homes, a boat harbor and boat slips for every home owner.  In addition, the existing golf course will be renovated, an ice skating rink, waterfront restaurant, and much more will be built.  The first set of 69 condos will be up for sale in late July.  They will range in cost from $350,000 to $500.000.   Snow Waters Spokesman, Brad Moore, says the development will not only become one of Crawford County's main attractions, it will boost business throughout the area.  Moore says the entire project will take about 4 years to complete.
