Boom Over The Bay Boaters

watch video
The US Coast Guard, along with four other agencies, will be out patrolling the waters for the holiday. If you choose to view the fireworks on a boat, there will be a 1,000 foot perimeter set up around the barges in the bay.

Boaters will know where that limit begins when they see the orange buoys.

The safety zone is set up to help ensure that everyone is able to enjoy the Fourth of July festivities in a safe manner.

"Boom Over The Bay" begins at 9:45 Wednesday night.
