Warren Man Charged With Kiddie Porn

A Warren County man is facing kiddie porn charges after being caught by county detectives in a chat room. 63 year old William West of Schatlze Drive in Warren is charged with sexual abuse of children. West allegedly sent pictures and video of children having sex after he contacted a detective posing as the mother of a 14 year old girl in the chat room. The detective says West wanted to talk sexually about her made-up daughter. District Attorney Brad Foulk calls this a new low for internet predators. West is being held on $100,000 bond.
