breaking news
Thousands of dead fish have been washing up on the shores of Lake Erie. Now a virus is being blamed for the large fish kill. Biologists say this new virus is usually not found in Lake Erie. The virus known as V-H-S mostly affects contained environments like ponds and hatcheries. It was spotted because of an early die-off. Biologists say warm water usually kills V-H-S. It`s tough to find the source of the virus, but biologists believe it probably comes from Europe. As long as you properly prepare fish from the lake, it should not be a problem for humans.
