Traffic Court Supervisor Sentenced

A former Erie City Hall employee also pleaded guilty today in court. Deborah Steff is charged with stealing more than $200,000 while she was employed as an office supervisor in the city of Erie traffic court. It is alleged Steff used the money for her own personal expenses, including shopping sprees and vacations from 2001 to 2005. Steff pleaded guilty to a felony of the third degree...which carries a maximum sentence 7 years in prison.
