Lake City Fire Leaves 8 Homeless

Fire investigators are looking for the cause of an early morning fire that damaged a Lake City apartment complex. It happened just before two this morning on Fall Drive in Lake City. The fire appeared to have started in the upstairs of one of the units. Firefighters had the blaze under control quickly, but the damage is described as extensive. Everyone made it out safely, however eight people are homeless and being helped by the local chapter of the American Red Cross.
