Bucky Phillips Makes The Slip Again
The hunt for Ralph "Bucky" Phillips has intensified again.
Three people are under arrest for allegedly hiding Phillips at their Cassadaga New York residence.
49 year old Timothy Seekings, 24 year old Natasha Berg and 44 year old Alice Kelly were all charged with hindering prosecution.
New York State Police say they observed a motorcycle traveling along route 60 last night without a proper inspection sticker.
when the trooper tried to stop the bike, the operator ran into a house in the 67 hundred block of Route 60 in Cassadaga.
Police learned the man on the motorcycle was Ralph Phillips.
Like so many time before, Phillips managed to escape, this time through a back window of the house.
He apparently had been staying at the house since last Wednesday.
Seekings, Berg and Kelly are in the Chautauqua County Prison being held at this time without bail
