Police Shoot at Fugitive Bucky Phillips
Escaped fugitive Ralph Bucky Phillips was in the gunsights of police officers this morning, but they missed him. Phillips was spotted around 2am in Warren County running from a stolen vehicle. Authorities chased the suspect into a wooded area where they say Phillips drew a handgun on officers. Police fired, but no evidence that he was shot. Pennsylvania State Police in Warren County are asking residents of Pine Grove Township to remain in their homes during the search. Calbe Hollow Golf Course has been on lock down since the incident began early this morning.
