Dr. Bu Acquitted for Third Time
The third trial of retired gynecologist Tae Hyung Bu has finished the same way the first two did - with a not guilty verdict.
Dr. Bu was again accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a medical exam.
The prosecution claimed Dr. Bu overstepped his bounds as a doctor by touching the 27-year-old victim`s breast in an inappropriate manner.
But the jury disagreed after just a couple hours of deliberations.
At least two other women made allegations against Dr. Bu... but after losing three times, the District Attorney`s office is not sure whether they`ll prosecute again.
