Pure Energy Unplugged

Some Mercyhurst students are plugging into a new lifestyle, by unplugging appliances. It`s called pure energy unplugged and its being led by the green team. The goal is to get students to pay an annual 15 dollar fee and unplugs those hairdryers and d-v-d players that aren`t in use. To mark the kick off for the year-long campaign, Mercyhurst worked by natural light at the student union. The 15 dollar fee they hope to charge would go towards establishing a renewable energy conservation fund.
