Man Sentenced for Erratic Behavior

A Millcreek man will go to jail for a minimum of 9 to 18 months after causing a scene at the K-mart on West 26th street back in February. Millcreek Police responded to a report of a distraught man. When they arrived, they found 23-year-old Timothy Lantz hiding in the Garden Center. Police say Lantz threatened the officers with the knife and then ran away. Officers chased him on foot and by car and caught him near West 26th Street and Zuck Road. Lantz was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and possessing an instrument of crime.
